1 Big Bunch of Greens (Spinach/Lettuce)
1 Frozen Banana
1 Cup Blueberries
1 TBS Hemp Seeds
2 TS Flax Seeds
1 TBS Almond Butter
1 Pitted Date
1 TS Cinnamon
1 TS Vanilla Extract
